Anyone travelling outside North America, Australia, New Zealand & Europe, should consider vaccination. If vaccinated more than 10yrs ago, arrange a booster dose. Contracted by direct contact with infected person, but rarely by contaminated food or water (see 'Baby & Child Care - Vaccinations' section).
